We decided to purchase a home. The realtor suggested a Inspector she uses. He wasn't very friendly just did inspection and when he finished I was waiting to get some idea if there were any problems he sat talking with realtor about things not even related to house their personal business as I waited patiently. Finally I asked him what he found showed me a few pictures and said you will get my report. Then I left and we decided not to purchase that home as it had too many problems. So another house came available and we looked at it and loved it. I decided to use a a different inspector. I found A Point of View Home inspections. Scott was very pleasant and was able to get us a appointment right away. Then due to a problem I had to reschedule it and he was so good about it he said just call when you are ready. He was very flexible about scheduling us in. When he arrived he introduced himself and did the inspection and I felt comfortable to ask him any concerns I had. He was very professional and kind. He finished inspection, I didn't even have to ask, he told me about the house. I would definitely recommend him for a professional courteous Inspector. We are now in our new home and with peace of mind that Scott did a great job of looking everything over and found no problems and received his report very quickly. Thank you Scott!!!
